The newly upgraded facility offers a vision into advanced technology PCB fabrication with the expectations of creating a world-class PCB manufacturing facility and a research and development laboratory for the company’s patented additive manufacturing technology.
The newly upgraded facility is capable of supporting emerging technologies in aerospace and defense industries, life-critical medical devices, next-gen automotive safety, autonomous driving sensors, RF/Microwave communications and enabled 5G connectivity
Senior Process Engineer position Overview:
As the Senior PCB Process Engineer, you will be a key figure in driving the development, optimization, and enhancement of PCB manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive process engineering experience in PCB manufacturing, a deep understanding of industry standards, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of technological innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of PCB manufacturing processes, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.
- Drive efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and enhanced product quality through innovative process engineering.Serve a liaison between manufacturing and customer during project development.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement advanced technologies to enhance PCB manufacturing processes.
- Champion the integration of automation and data-driven solutions for improved efficiency and precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and production, to ensure seamless integration of processes and technologies.
- Provide technical expertise and insights to support the development of new products and technologies.
- Address and resolve complex technical issues related to PCB manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PCB manufacturing processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in PCB manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for PCB manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Standardize processes to improve repeatability and scalability.
- Work closely with the quality control team to establish and maintain rigorous quality standards in all PCB manufacturing processes.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to achieve and exceed product quality targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in process engineering within the PCB manufacturing industry, including Rigid, Rigid-Flex and Flex pcbs.
- In-depth knowledge of PCB fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Proven expertise in process optimization and integration of advanced technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
