Winonics, an Additive Circuits Technologies, LLC Company located in Brea, CA, is currently executing a multi-million dollar facility-wide renovation plan that includes extensive equipment and technology upgrades along with well-designed and purposeful infrastructure improvements to support lean six sigma manufacturing.
Once completed, the new state-of-the-art facility will offer a vision into advanced technology PCB fabrication with the expectations of creating a world-class PCB manufacturing facility and a research and development center for the company’s patented additive manufacturing technology.
The newly upgraded facility will be best in class and will be capable of supporting emerging technologies in aerospace and defense industries, life-critical medical devices, next-gen automotive safety, autonomous driving sensors, RF/Microwave/mmWave communications and enabled 5G connectivity.
HR / Office Manager with Accounting Expertise:
We are seeking a highly versatile and detail-oriented HR / Office Manager with Accounting Experience to oversee Human Resources, Payroll and Office Management while supporting key accounting processes across our Brea and Fullerton locations. The position will mainly office from our facility in Brea. This multi-faceted role is critical to ensure compliance, operational efficiency and financial accuracy. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for HR excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Administer and maintain employee benefits programs and all payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including ITAR requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees and managers.
- Process payroll for both Brea and Fullerton locations, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
- Work closely with accounting and external payroll providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
- Maintain meticulous payroll records and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with certain account analysis and reconciliation including but not limited to credit card transactions and general ledger accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and budgets.
- Monitor and track expenses to ensure alignment with company budgets and policies.
- Manage the Brea office operations including staff, supplies and respective vendor relations.
- Support leadership with administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Brea and Fullerton locations for HR and operational matters.
- Collaborate with department heads to help maintain a safe and productive workplace environment.Coordinate training and development programs for employees and managers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, payroll and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity ITAR compliance is a plus.
- Proficiency with HR software (ideally isolved), accounting software (ideally Sage 100) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll compliance, and accounting principles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
