Winonics, an Additive Circuits Technologies company located in Brea, CA, has executed a multi-million dollar facility-wide renovation plan that included extensive equipment and technology upgrades along with well-designed and purposeful infrastructure improvements to support lean six sigma manufacturing.

The newly upgraded facility offers a vision into advanced technology PCB fabrication with the expectations of creating a world-class PCB manufacturing facility and a research and development laboratory for the company’s patented additive manufacturing technology.

The newly upgraded facility is capable of supporting emerging technologies in aerospace and defense industries, life-critical medical devices, next-gen automotive safety, autonomous driving sensors, RF/Microwave communications and enabled 5G connectivity

Controller position Overview:

The Controller will play a critical role in managing and overseeing all aspects of financial control within our manufacturing operations. This position will involve close collaboration with management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost controls, and budgeting processes. This is a full-time position that requires full-time presence at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Develop financial models and KPIs and conduct insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to optimize cost-efficiency and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee inventory management and valuation, including cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team including receivables, payables and payroll fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
• Work with external CPA firm to facilitate annual audits / reviews and tax preparation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and / or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a financial management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
