Winonics, an Additive Circuits Technologies company located in Brea, CA, has executed a multi-million dollar facility-wide renovation plan that included extensive equipment and technology upgrades along with well-designed and purposeful infrastructure improvements to support lean six sigma manufacturing.

The newly upgraded facility offers a vision into advanced technology PCB fabrication with the expectations of creating a world-class PCB manufacturing facility and a research and development laboratory for the company’s patented additive manufacturing technology.

The newly upgraded facility is capable of supporting emerging technologies in aerospace and defense industries, life-critical medical devices, next-gen automotive safety, autonomous driving sensors, RF/Microwave communications and enabled 5G connectivity

Cam Engineer Job Discription:

CAM Engineer is responsible for editing electronic data supplied by the customer to meet manufacturing specs. The individual must have a minimum of three (3) years in the printed circuit board industry and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately tool a job in the CAM system using Genesis software.
  • Provide all data required for manufacturing.
  • Review prints and purchase orders.
  • Scale and output Drill programs and/or Rout programs upon request.
  • Output LDI data.
  • Generate tools for the shop floor per Company standards and capabilities.
  • Panelize the edited data into production panel and add coupons.
  • Verify customer prints pertaining to tooling.
  • Safely modify customer data when required/approved by customer.
  • Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must be able to research and develop new CAM processes.
  • Must be proficient in rigid, flex, rigid/flex, and sequential lam designs.
  • Must be able to perform job with little supervision
  • Must be able to cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, management, and supervisory staff.
  • Ability to effectively follow company systems and procedures.

    • Pay: Salary range 60k-90k
    • Job Type: Full-time
    • Preferred Shift: 1st
