Winonics, an Additive Circuits Technologies, LLC Company located in Brea, CA, is currently executing a multi-million dollar facility-wide renovation plan that includes extensive equipment and technology upgrades along with well-designed and purposeful infrastructure improvements to support lean six sigma manufacturing.
Once completed, the new state-of-the-art facility will offer a vision into advanced technology PCB fabrication with the expectations of creating a world-class PCB manufacturing facility and a research and development center for the company’s patented additive manufacturing technology.
The newly upgraded facility will be best in class and will be capable of supporting emerging technologies in aerospace and defense industries, life-critical medical devices, next-gen automotive safety, autonomous driving sensors, RF/Microwave/mmWave communications and enabled 5G connectivity.
Sales Engineer Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical Sales Support for Account Managers and Business Development teams.
- Serve a liaison between manufacturing and customer during project development.
- Provide early preliminary Design Review to help optimizing customers’ designs for manufacturing.
- Assist customers as a technical resource in selection of design standards, material, production capabilities and industry standard practices.
- Conduct comprehensive design review and provide feedbacks to customers on products production readiness and areas of improvement.
- Assist as a communication liaison between the customers and manufacturing team.
- Communicate customers’ current and future technology requirements to manufacturing, which assist in driving production technology to meet today’s evolving market challenges.
- Perform technical tasks such as DFM Analysis, Stack-up generation, Quality Review and Gap Analysis strategy.
- Team with Operations to conduct NPI, QTA, and various product stage-gate design-build cycles on schedule.
- Develop key executive relationships with customers' engineering and product design organizations.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong technical ability, attention to detail and the ability to solve problems.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experienced with the use of advanced statistical tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills required.
- Basic understanding of PCB manufacturing, prior experience is preferred.
- Comfortable and capable of working directly with customers.
- Demonstrate ability to adapt in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
