Once completed, the new state-of-the-art facility will offer a vision into advanced technology PCB fabrication with the expectations of creating a world-class PCB manufacturing facility and a research and development center for the company’s patented additive manufacturing technology.
The newly upgraded facility will be best in class and will be capable of supporting emerging technologies in aerospace and defense industries, life-critical medical devices, next-gen automotive safety, autonomous driving sensors, RF/Microwave/mmWave communications and enabled 5G connectivity.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Front-End Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our CAM, Methods Engineering, Process Engineering, and PCB production, ensuring the seamless transition from customer design to manufacturing. Your expertise in CAM and ERP software and PCB manufacturing processes will contribute to our goal of delivering top-notch products to our customers.
Desired Skills:
- Perform design analysis for manufacturability.
- Build impedance stack-up for new customer designs.
- Experience in Flex and Rigid-Flex design review and manufacturing.
- Written and oral communication skills are used on a daily basis to facilitate customer and/or company concerns.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience with CAM system Genesis 2000.
- Experience with ERP system PROM's ProCIM and XACT PCB Registration system.
- Ability to prioritize appropriately.
Export/ITAR Requirements:
- Being able to independently identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and comprehend that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.
- Comprehend the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US.
Education And Experience:
- 8+ years in the Front-End Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field..
- Electronic, PCB knowledge a must.
