Winonics, an Additive Circuits Technologies, LLC Company located in Brea, CA, is currently executing a multi-million dollar facility-wide renovation plan that includes extensive equipment and technology upgrades along with well-designed and purposeful infrastructure improvements to support lean six sigma manufacturing.

Once completed, the new state-of-the-art facility will offer a vision into advanced technology PCB fabrication with the expectations of creating a world-class PCB manufacturing facility and a research and development center for the company’s patented additive manufacturing technology.

The newly upgraded facility will be best in class and will be capable of supporting emerging technologies in aerospace and defense industries, life-critical medical devices, next-gen automotive safety, autonomous driving sensors, RF/Microwave/mmWave communications and enabled 5G connectivity.


Winonics is looking for a Software Developer Engineer to design, architect and develop workflows and automation to enhance the creation of Printed Circuit Boards. In this multi-functional role, using knowledge PCB manufacturing process and coding, you will develop solutions to improve efficiency and consistency. You will be responsible for developing automated workflows and tools for multiple departments including the Front-End Engineering. You will empower engineers and operators to identify problem areas and optimization opportunities. You will develop new methods to analyze artwork and programs to enable the assessment of their quality before manufacturing. Finally, you will enable the self-sufficiency across multiple departments as you strategically plan and tactically implement multi-company solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FrontEnd Engineering.
  • Experienced with Genesis, InCAM Pro, Procim and relevant engineering tools such as Xact and Apsim.
  • Proficient with Linux and Windows Operating Systems a must.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language: CShell, VBA, Python, PERL or TCL and Tk toolkit.
  • Experience with web development, including PHP, CSS, SQL, HTML and JavaScript.
  • A proven understanding of fundamentals of Printed Circuit Boards.
  • Self-starter with phenomenal interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effectively work with CAM, Planning, Sales and Manufacturing to eliminate obstacles and problems.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Description:

    Design and develop software and scripts to enhance CAM/PLAN department in order to minimize human interaction when processing customer data. Develop a software infrastructure and suggest metrics to supervise and analyze. Work with multi-functional associates to define use cases, brainstorm solutions and generate logic rules based on common practices.

    Qualifications and Education:

  • Minimum of 5 years with relevant engineering experience in Planning and CAM Automation.
  • Bachelor of Computer Science Degree or related engineering discipline required.
